Morgan County Accident Sends 2 To The Hospital

Two teenagers are injured in a one-car accident early Saturday afternoon on Troutdale Road, nine miles west of Tiff Mine Lane, in Morgan County.

The highway patrol says it happened as the car driven by an unidentified 17-year-old ran off the road and struck a tree.

He suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Lake Regional while a 15-year-old passenger was seriously hurt and flown to University Hospital.

Neither one had been wearing a seat belt at the time.
