14-Year-Old Boy Drowns on Table Rock Lake

The highway patrol reports the sixth drowning, statewide so far, for this year.

The report says it happened early Friday afternoon in Barry County when a 14-year-old boy jumped from a dock in Shell Knob into Table Rock Lake and was overcome by the wind and waves.

The 14-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene.
