A Kansas City man has been sentenced in federal court for illegally possessing a stolen firearm from Olathe, Kansas.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri says 38-year-old Tracy Parker was arrested in October, 2024, on a federal warrant for supervised-release violations in connection to a 2017 firearm conviction.
Parker was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Beth Phillips to 139 months in federal prison without parole.
The sentence consists of 115 months for being a felon in possession of a firearm and another 24 months to be served consecutively for violating his terms of the federal supervised release he was serving.
Parker was also ordered to serve a three-year term of federal supervised release.
