A multi-agency drug bust Wednesday afternoon spells more trouble for a 30-year-old Camdenton woman who was already wanted on several outstanding drug-related warrants.
Sergeant Scott Hines from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office tells KRMS News that deputies were joined by highway patrol troopers and officers from the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group in executing the search warrant at a residence at the Palm Garden apartments.
Seized at the scene were suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia while Samantha Wilson was taken into custody.
Wilson was transported to the Camden County Jail and is being held without bond with further charges expected to be filed.

Camdenton, MO, 01-26-23 – Wednesday afternoon, 01-25-23, Camden County Sheriff’s Deputies, MSHP Troopers, and Task Force Officers from the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group conducted a Warrant Service at a residence at Palm Gardens apartments within the city limits of Camdenton.
During the Warrant Service for 30-year-old Samantha R Wilson, deputies also located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia commonly used in the distribution and consumption of controlled substances.
Wilson, known to frequent Camdenton and Sedalia, was arrested on several outstanding drug related felony warrants and transported to the Camden County Adult Detention Facility. She is held without bond and awaits additional charges.
A reminder that these charges are merely allegations of wrongdoing. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
