Motorists west of Camdenton are being given a heads up that the epoxy work being applied to several bridges in the lake area has shifted to the Highway-54 Niangua Bridge.
“You’ll see fairly minimal impacts” says MoDOT Central District Area Engineer Danny Roeger, “It’s narrow lanes channelized by the large upright cones. So if you do live down Camden Route D, or in that condominium complex right there on the Niaguna arm on the east side of the Niangua Bridge, we ask that you use Bumper Hill Road to access highway 54.”
Roeger also says that work on the 54-Niangua Bridge should be wrapped up this week and, if all goes as planned, the work will shift probably by Tuesday to the KK-overpass in Osage Beach.
