Highway Patrol Report From The Weekend Includes DWI’s & Deer Accidents

Three traffic accidents and three arrests…the numbers reported over the weekend by the highway patrol in the lake area.

A 60-year-old Camdenton man was hurt injured when the motorcycle he was riding on Rte-D in Camden County struck a deer.

A 19-year-old from Harrisonville fell asleep and suffered minor injuries when his car ran off Hwy-5 and travelled down an embankment near Spencer Creek Road also in Camden County.

Also, a 31-year-old man from Cole Camp suffered minor injuries when the car he was driving ran off Lange Road and struck a fence in Benton County. He was also arrested for alleged D-W-I.

The other two arrests, a 39-year-old man from Climax Springs and a 31-year-old woman from Lee’s Summit, were also arrested for alleged D-W-I.
