Hundreds Of Applications Are Received Following Passing Of Amendment 3

With the passage of Amendment 3 in Missouri existing medical marijuana dispensaries must apply for a comprehensive license to sell to those 21 and over who simply present a photo ID, and state says it’s already received hundreds of such applications.

In fact just a week after recreational marijuana became legal 318 of the 322 medical licensed facilities in the state have applied for comprehensive licenses.

While the has department received the applications, it hasn’t issued any comprehensive licenses at this point.

The state has 60 days to approve each application.
