Iberia Woman Escapes Injuries After Car Crash Behind School Bus

An Iberia resident escapes with minor injuries when she is hit-from-behind while waiting for a school bus to load.

The highway patrol says it happened shortly before 6:45 this (Wednesday) morning on Highway-42 just east of Martin Road in Miller County.

40-year-old Abbie Williams was treated at Lake Regional while the other driver, 68-year-old Harold Miller of Brumley, was not injured.
