RTV Crash Sends 1 To The Hospital With Driver Facing DWI Charges

An R-T-V accident on Ferry Landing Road, east of Possum Trot Road in Morgan County, sends a Willard man to the hospital with moderate injuries.

The highway patrol says it happened around 8:30 Monday night when the R-T-V operated by 50-year-old Michael Bliss overturned onto the driver’s side as Bliss was attempting a sharp turn.

Bliss was not wearing a helmet and was taken to Lake Regional.

Bliss also faces a pending charge of DWI with a person under the age 17 in the vehicle and operating the R-T-V in a careless manner.
