City Of Osage Beach Holds Strategic Planning Session At Margaritaville

Officials in Osage Beach are looking into the city’s future.

The mayor, board of aldermen and other city officials were over at Margaritaville for an all-day strategic planning session.

Administrator Jeana Woods says the session is way to lay down a blue-print for the city for years to come.

“This is very important for the board to kind of get together. Give them time, the mayor and board, to get together and really just talk about where we see ourselves in five years. What’s our vision statement? What objectives?”

Among the topics expected to dominate discussion were economic development growth, current projects around the city and serving residents and visitors.
