Teen Killed In Laclede County Car Crash

A teenage passenger dies in a car accident in Laclede County. It happened yesterday at around 10am.

It happened on Eidson Road, just south of Highway 32,

The driver, also a teen, ran off the right side of the road, hit an embankment, and turned over into a nearby pond.

The driver received moderate injuries. The Passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. In keeping with law enforcement policy, the teens’ names have not released.

This marks Highway Patrol I’s 2^nd fatality in August, and its 24^th for the year.
