Climax Springs Woman Barricades Herself In Vehicle – Taken Into Protective Custody

A 41-year-old woman from Climax Springs wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear on original charges of misdemeanor assault and felony resisting arrest is taken into custody in Camden County.

The sheriff’s office reports a SWAT team assisted the highway patrol and deputies after receiving a report that the woman had barricaded herself in a vehicle and was threatening to turn the gun on herself.

She was taken into protective custody without any further incident.
