Eldon Man Injured After Being Hit By Car On Highway 17

A pedestrian along highway-17 north of Tuscumbia in Miller County is seriously injured when he was hit by a vehicle trying to pass oncoming traffic.

The highway patrol says it happened just after 9:15 Thursday night.

The unnamed man from Eldon was flown to University Hospital.
