Gravois Mills Man Arrested On Second Degree Assault Charges

A Gravois Mills man is being held on a second-degree assault charge and a probation hold in the Morgan County Jail.

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office says 35-year-old Kevin Russell was booked into the jail late Friday afternoon.

He’s being held on a $500,000 bond.
