Gravois Mills Man Arrested On Weapons Charge Over The Weekend

A Gravois Mill man lands in the Morgan County Jail after being arrested by the highway patrol over the weekend.

The highway patrol report indicates that 59-year-old James Russell had been speeding and is expected to be charged with felony unlawful possession of a firearm or weapon.

Russell was put on a 24-hour hold.
