Harris County, TX, Fugitive Arrested in Benton County

An Independence, Missouri, man lands in the Benton County Jail late Friday afternoon when he was hooked up by the highway patrol.

41-year-old David Rivera had been wanted on an outstanding felony assault warrant out of Harris County, Texas.

Rivera is being held on no bond.
