A Lake Ozark man is being held in the Miller County Jail after being arrested and charged with First-Degree Robbery, a Class-A Felony. That’s according to the Probable Cause Statement filed in the courthouse identifying 28-year-old James Robert Goines as the suspect. It’s alleged the incident happened late Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Bagnell Dam Boulevard and the Osage Beach Parkway. Cell phone video reportedly shows Goines pulling a knife on another unidentified male subject and getting away with six-dollars from inside the vehicle. Goines was taken into custody after a search warrant was obtained for the Camden County location where he was staying with a girlfriend. James has a lengthy criminal history out of the state of Texas and his bond in Miller County was set at $100-thousand.
