Stoutland Man Behind Bars Following HWP Arrest Wednesday

A Stoutland man finds himself behind bars after being picked up by the highway patrol early Wednesday afternoon in Laclede County.

The highway patrol report indicates that 34-year-old Joshua Deleski had been wanted on a felony warrant for resisting arrest in Franklin County and traffic violations.

He’s also accused of not having a seat belt on at the time of the arrest.
