Kansas City Man Drowns on the Osage River in Miller County

A Kansas City, Missouri man is dead after drowning on the Osage River in Miller County on Wednesday. According to the Highway Patrol’s Water Division, 75 year old Larry Pennington was in a boat moving gear around, lost his balance and fell over board.
